摘要
开展党史学习教育以来,苏州大学附属儿童医院把党史学习教育作为一项重要政治任务,与医院工作相结合,对标对表高质量开展党史学习教育。通过问卷调研和党员个别访谈,调查开展党史学习教育学习的内容、形式和方法等问题。针对调研结果,采取加强组织领导、更新学习思维、创新学习方式、优化活动载体等途径引领全院职工积极融入党史学习教育活动中。医院从党史中汲取前进智慧和力量,践行知行合一,将学习成果有效转化为广泛优势,把党的领导融入医院治理全过程各方面各环节,助力医院高水平发展。公立医院开展党史学习教育必须坚持“四个必须”:党的全面领导、以人民为中心、协调推进“四学”、紧密结合院情实际,高质量推进党史学习教育。
Since the party history learning and education,the Children’s Hospital of Soochow University has taken the movement as an important political task and combined it with management of hospital affairs,aiming at the standard of a high quality learning and education.Through questionnaires and individual interviews with party members,the contents,forms and methods of party history learning and education were investigated.In response to the results of the survey,we adopted ways of strengthening organizational leadership,updating learning thinking,innovating learning methods,and optimizing activity carriers and other approaches to guide the whole medical staff to actively participate in the education movement.Our hospital drew wisdom and strength from the history of the party,practiced the unity of knowledge and action,effectively transformed the learning results into a wide range of advantages,integrated the leadership of the party into all aspects as well as the whole process of hospital management to promote the high-level development of the hospital.Public hospitals must adhere to the“four musts”to carry out party history learning and education,e.g.We must adhere to the party’s overall leadership,must adhere to the philosophy of people-centeredness,must coordinate the promotion of the“four learnings”,must closely integrate the education activity with the actual situation of the hospital,so as to drive the implementation of party history learning and education with high-quality.
