摘要
随着煤矿设备智能化的更新换代,矿井急需要一款集成度高、性能能稳定和精度高的一氧化碳传感器。针对性提出的这种传感器以敏感元件的输出值与测量值之间的线性关系为基础,通过对实际积累数据的引用来使得一氧化碳传感器自行校正功能得以实现,同时智融合电路的故障自行诊断,实现了元件的自动校正,自诊断等功能,提升设备的可靠性。
With the renewal of intelligent coal mine equipment,a carbon monoxide sensor with high integration,stable performance and high accuracy is urgently needed in mines.The proposed sensor is based on the linear relationship between the output value of the sensitive element and the measured value,and the self-calibration function of the carbon monoxide sensor is realized through the reference of the actual accumulated data,while the fault self-diagnosis of the intelligent fusion circuit realizes the automatic calibration of the element,self-diagnosis and other functions to improve the reliability of the equipment.
