摘要
主要介绍了目前较为常见的4种一氧化碳传感器的结构,主要包括单片机型、固态高聚物电解质型、金属氧化物半导体型和触媒燃烧型一氧化碳传感器.综述了目前这四种传感器的研究现状,详细讨论了各CO传感器的特点和优点.这些结果对于新型CO传感器的研制与开发具有重要的意义.
The structures of four kinds of electrochemical CO sensors in current use are intro duced. The four types include the single chip microcomputer, solid polymer electrolyte, metal oxide semiconductor and catalytic combustion. An overview of the recent researches of the four sensors is given. The characteristics and advantages of various CO sensors are discussed in de tail. The study is of great significance for the research and development of new CO sensors.
