摘要
由于矿井的环境复杂、煤岩赋存条件不同,使得煤岩界面识别成为国际上的一大难题。文章从煤炭开采对煤岩界面识别的需求出发,简述了基于图像的煤岩界面识别技术的研究现状,并对各类方法的适应条件进行分析。提出将基于图像的三维建模方法和关注煤与岩石不同介电特性的方法相结合,对煤岩界面进行纵向可视化,从而更加高效地控制采煤机头的运动。最后,探讨了煤岩界面识别技术的潜在应用,并指出摄像头安装位置的重要性。
The recognition of coal-rock interface is hard due to the complex environment of underground coal mine and the varied occurrence conditions of coal and rock.In view of the demand of coal-rock interface recognition in coal mining,the research status of image-based coal-rock interface recognition techniques is expounded,and the adaptation conditions of various methods are analyzed.It’s proposed to combine the image-based 3 D modeling method with those methods focusing on the different dielectric property of coal and rock,which can visualize the vertical coal-rock interface,and efficiently control the head movement of coal shearer.Finally,the potential application of coal rock interface recognition technology is discussed,and the importance of camera installation position is pointed out.
