验证"私转公"的可行性。分析当前社会通用的4种社区营造模式。城市公共空间贫乏。以红咖时光党群服务站为例,证明得出了"私转公"对于解决社区公共空间贫乏问题具有积极作用。"私转公"能够缓解社区公共空间贫乏的问题。
