摘要
目的:探讨功能性鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年5月~2020年1月本院收治的78例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者,随机分为开放性组(38例)和功能性组(40例)。开放性组行常规开放式摘除术,功能性组行功能性鼻内镜手术治疗,对比两组治疗效果,并监测两组并发症风险。结果:功能性组总有效率(95.00%,38/40)显著高于开放性组(73.68%,28/38),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。功能性组并发症发生率(5.00%,2/40)显著低于开放性组(18.42%,7/38),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。功能性组术中出血量、手术时间、术后住院时间和术后换药时间显著低于开放性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);功能性组患者头痛消退时间、鼻塞消退时间、嗅觉障碍改善时间、鼻脓性分泌物消退时间和鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间显著低于开放性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:功能性鼻内镜对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉治疗效果可靠,且并发症风险低、康复效果好,有助于改善患者预后,疗效可靠。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of functional nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods:78 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into open group(38 cases)and functional group(40 cases).The open group received conventional open extraction,and the functional group received functional endoscopic nasal surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the risk of complications in the two groups was monitored.Results:The total effective rate of functional group(95.00%,38/40)was significantly higher than that of open group(73.68%,28/38),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the functional group(5.00%,2/40)was significantly lower than that in the open group(18.42%,7/38),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss,operative time,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative dressing change time in the functional group were significantly lower than those in the open group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The time of headache resolution,nasal obstruction resolution,olfactory disturbance improvement,nasal purulent secretions resolution and nasal mucosa epithelialization in functional group were significantly lower than those in open group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Functional nasal endoscopy is reliable in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,with low risk of complications and good rehabilitation effect,which is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients with reliable efficacy.
