摘要
目的:探讨电子射野影像系统(Electronics Portal Image Device,EPID)在宫颈癌真空体膜固定效果,分析放疗摆位误差。方法:回顾性选取2017年12月~2021年1月收治的24例宫颈癌患者。均在治疗前和治疗期间每周1次进行拍摄EPID,然后通过iView GT软件配准,得到X轴(左右方向)、Y轴(头足方向)、Z轴(前后方向)的摆位误差。结果:24例患者在治疗期间拍摄正侧位野共拍摄232张,分别为(2.26±1.32)mm、(3.32±1.88)mm、(2.54±1.51)mm,有200张其中误差值≤3mm,占86.2%(200/232)。有225张误差值≤5mm,占96.9%(225/232)。结论:应用电子影像系统测量宫颈癌真空体膜固定摆位误差,可以提高摆位精确度,并采取有效的质控措施,提高治疗效果。
Objective:To investigate the effect of electronic portal image device(EPID)in vacuum membrane fixation of cervical cancer,and analyze the setup error of radiotherapy.Methods:24 patients with cervical cancer from December 2017 to January 2021 were selected retrospectively.EPID was taken once a week before and during the treatment,and then the x-axis(left and right),y-axis(head foot)and z-axis(front and back)positioning errors were obtained by iView GT software registration.Results:A total of 232 images of anteroposterior and lateral fields were taken in 24 patients during the treatment,with the average values of(2.26±1.32)mm,(3.32±1.88)mm,(2.54±51)mm,there were 200 sheets,of which the error value was less than or equal to 3mm,accounting for 86.2%(200/232).There were 225 sheets with error≤5mm,accounting for 96.9%(225/232).Conclusion:The application of electronic imaging system to measure the positioning error of cervical cancer vacuum body membrane fixation can improve the positioning accuracy,and take effective quality control measures to improve the treatment effect.
