摘要
以我国30个省市区为研究对象,在测度人工智能发展水平的基础上,借助修正的引力模型确定了省际人工智能发展的空间关联关系,并利用社会网络分析方法对人工智能空间关联特征及形成机制进行了实证研究。结果表明:中国省际人工智能发展已经突破地理上的邻近效应,呈现出复杂的、多线程的空间关联网络,网络稳定性趋于上升,网络可达性良好,不存在等级森严的网络结构,但各成员之间的关联关系仍存在较大的提升空间;我国人工智能发展整体布局良好,在关联网络中处于主导地位的省份分布于环渤海经济圈、长江经济带、粤港澳大湾区、中部经济区和西北地区,人工智能发展由“圈”向“轴”再向“面”的进程指日可待;人工智能发展空间关联网络可划分为净溢出、净收益、主受益和经纪人四个板块,位于网络中心的东部经济发达地区主要接受来自其他地区的发展要素,还未形成明显的带动作用;区域创新水平、空间临近、地区产业结构、市场化水平、人力资本水平是影响省际人工智能空间网络结构形成的重要因素。
Based on measuring the development level of artificial intelligence in 30 Chinese provinces and cities, this paper analyzes the spatial correlation of artificial intelligence development between provinces with the modified Gravity model, and then reveals the characteristics and the formation mechanism of spatial correlation network by the method of Social Network Analysis.Results show that, the development of ai has broken through the geographical proximity effect, presenting a complex, multi-threaded spatial correlation network.The network stability tends to rise, and the network accessibility is good without strict hierarchy network structure, but there is still room for improvement in the relationship between members.The overall layout is proper.The leading provinces in the network are distributed in the Bohai Sea Economic Circle, the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the middle and the northwest district.The process from ″circle″ to ″axis″ to ″surface″ is just around the corner.It can be divided in net overflow, net benefit, main benefit and brokers plate.The eastern economically developed regions in the center of the network mainly accept development factors, but have not yet had a significant driving impact on the other regions.Spatial proximity, industrial structure, marketization, innovation and human capital have significant effects on spatial correlation.
