摘要
数字化时代改变了企业的创新模式、组织结构和生态系统,要求企业重新思考和创新企业战略与商业模式,具有感知性和连接性的智能服务成为企业获取持续竞争优势、实现创新转型的关键。由于智能服务具有新型基础设施的外溢性特征,并改变了经济学传统生产函数中的要素分配与替代弹性,致使传统服务理论无法充分解释智能服务对数字化时代企业创新的影响路径与逻辑。针对现有研究主题分散、缺乏相互联系和有机整合的现状,本文利用CiteSpace引文可视化工具构建关键词聚类图谱与共现网络,对2005—2019年的129篇智能服务创新相关研究进行归纳与评述,在界定智能服务与数字化时代企业创新的内涵与特征的基础上,从智能服务对企业创新的影响效应、影响机制和影响情境三个维度,构建了数字化时代智能服务视角的企业创新理论框架与实证研究体系;并区分"依附、渗透、协同和替代"四种服务属性,认为智能服务主要通过协同机制和替代机制对企业创新产生影响,进而提出未来的研究方向与展望。
The arrival of the digital era has changed the innovation model,organizational structure and ecosystem of enterprises,which requires enterprises to rethink and innovate enterprise strategy and business model.With perception and connectivity,smart services have become the key for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage and realize innovation transformation.In view of the current situation that the existing research topics are scattered,lack of mutual connection and organic integration,this paper uses CiteSpace citation visualization tool to build keyword clustering map and co-occurrence network,summarizes and comments on 129 papers related to smart services innovation from 2005 to 2019,and constructs the theoretical research framework of smart services and enterprise innovation,which is mainly divided into three themes:(1)the connotation and characteristics of smart services from different perspectives;(2)the influential effect of smart services on enterprise innovation in the digital era;(3)the influential mechanism and context of smart services on enterprise innovation in the digital era.The connotation of smart services can be divided into two perspectives.From the macro perspective,smart service is a kind of service system with technology intermediary,continuity and program interaction.From the micro perspective,smart service is a personalized,dynamic and digital high-quality service solution with perception and connectivity as the core provided by enterprises.At the same time,digitalization promotes the transformation of enterprises from traditional innovation network to innovation ecosystem,affects the enterprises competitive advantage by improving the ability of enterprises to reorganize and transfer knowledge,and promotes the network to become a new firm specific advantage(FSA).The impact of smart services on enterprise innovation in the digital era can be divided into two dimensions:management innovation and innovation performance.In the aspect of management innovation,the impact of smart
