天然气全焊接球阀开闭过程流场分析 被引量:1

摘要 全焊接球阀具备启闭速度快、密封性好及可靠性高等优势,在石化、天然气、冶金、电力和造纸等行业输送管道中应用广泛。全焊接球阀开闭过程中高速介质会对壁面产生一定程度的冲蚀腐蚀,阀体一旦泄漏或者关闭不严,会造成很大的损失。球阀的流场分布与阀门的安全使用寿命密切相关,分析阀体内的流场分布对球阀流道设计和密封设计具有重要意义。采用计算流体力学方法,建立了1400 mm全焊接球阀阀芯不同旋转角度状态下的三维流体域模型,计算得到了开闭过程不同开度转角下球阀内部流场的压力云图、速度云图及流线分布云图,分析了不同出口边界压力下球阀内部流场分布变化规律。研究结果可以为全焊接球阀的流道设计和密封设计提供参考。 For the advantages of fast opening and closing speed,good sealing and high reliability,the fully welded ball valves have been widely used in transportation pipelines in petrochemical,natural gas,metallurgy,power and paper industries.During the opening and closing process of the fully welded ball valves,the high speed medium will produce a certain degree of erosion and corrosion on the wall surface.Once the valve body leaks or is not tightly closed,it will cause serious consequences.The flow field distribution of the ball valve is closely related to the safe service life of the valve,and the analysis of the flow field distribution in the valve body is of great significance to the design of the flow channel and seal of the ball valve.Using computational fluid dynamics methods,a three-dimensional fluid domain model of the 1400 mm fully welded ball valve core under different rotation angles was established,the pressure cloud diagram,velocity cloud diagram and streamline distribution cloud diagram of the internal flow field of the ball valve at different opening angles during the opening and closing process were calculated,the change law of the internal flow field distribution of the ball valve under different outlet boundary pressures was analyzed.The research results can provide reference for the flow channel design and sealing design of the fully welded ball valve.
