摘要
N6-甲基腺苷(N6-methyladenine,m^(6)A)甲基化是真核生物中最常见的一种化学修饰,调节mRNA的剪接、表达、降解和翻译,并在细胞分化、发育和代谢等各种细胞途径中发挥关键作用。最新证据表明,m^(6)A甲基化在肿瘤发生发展中发挥重要作用,它能参与调节肿瘤细胞的生长、侵袭和转移,为肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗提供新的靶标。本文主要就m^(6)A甲基化与消化道肿瘤的相关性进行综述。
N6-methyladenine(m^(6)A)methylation is one of the most common chemical modifications in eukaryotes.It regulates the splicing,expression,degradation and translation of mRNA,and acts a key role in various cellular pathways such as cell differentiation,development and metabolism.The latest evidence shows that m^(6)A methylation plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors.It can participate in the regulation of tumor cell growth,invasion and metastasis,and provide new targets for the early diagnosis and treatment of tumors.This article mainly reviews the relationship between m^(6)A methylation and gastrointestinal tumors.
