东庞矿东风井空压机余热回收系统设计与经济性分析

摘要 为保障井下的通风安全,大多数煤矿都需要空压机,将其作为一种动力装置向井下提供足够的新鲜空气。对该类煤矿空压机余热进行处理,并将其中低品位的热能综合利用,具有很好的环保、经济效益。基于空压机余热回收利用的原理,结合东庞矿的实际情况设计了一套空压机余热回收系统制备洗浴热水的方案,并对其进行了经济性分析。 In order to ensure the safety of underground ventilation, most coal mines need air compressors as a power device to provide enough fresh air to the underground, to process the waste heat of such coal mine air compressors, and to comprehensively utilize the low-grade heat energy.,It has good environmental protection and economic benefits. Based on the principle of air compressor waste heat recovery and utilization, combined with the actual situation of Dongpang Mine, a set of air compressor waste heat recovery system to prepare bathing hot water was designed, and economic analysis was carried out.
