摘要
由于纺织厂无油螺杆空压机制得的压缩空气洁净无油,因此被大量应用,但是高温压缩空气中大量余热通过冷却塔被排放到大气中,不仅造成了能源的极大浪费而且产生了废热污染大气,为此提出合理的改造方案回收这部分余热。对其可行性和经济性进行分析,并对中间冷却器进行改造设计。该设计方案是在原有中间冷却器的基础上进行的合理改造,投资少,每年可以为该纺织厂节约洗浴用水所需要的8.03万元燃煤费,而且杜绝了燃煤产生的污染物。该方案可为空气压缩机余热回收利用技术在纺织厂的应用提供参考。
In textile mills,the mechanism of oil-free screwair compressor to compressed air to clean without oil,was a large number of applications,but a lot of waste heat in high temperature of compressed air is vented to atmosphere through the cooling tower,not only caused the waste of energy and the atmosphere pollution by waste heat. Therefore reasonable retrofitting scheme being put forward to this part of the waste heat recycling,analyzes its feasibility and economy,and the retrofit design of the intercooler for. This design was conducted on the basis of the original intercooler reasonable transformation,only need to invest 47500 yuan,1 year can save the textile washing coal cost need 80300 yuan,and to eliminate the pollutants produced by the burning coal. The scheme can provide air compressor waste heat recycling technology application in textile factory to provide the reference.
