摘要
农业社会化服务引领小农户和农业现代化的发展,是实现农业绿色、生态、高质量、高效益发展的重要支撑,是促进小农户增收的重要抓手。本研究利用山东省2010—2019年省级面板数据,运用熵值法对农业社会化服务和各单项服务进行测度,运用数据包络分析法(DEA)对农业生产效率进行测算,通过灰色关联度分析研究农业社会化服务水平与农业生产效率之间的关系。结果表明:农业社会化服务对农业生产效率产生影响。山东省近10年来农业社会化服务水平逐年提升,单项服务水平中农业金融保险服务、农业科技服务增长最快;与农业生产效率关联程度最高的是农业资金服务;土地适度规模化发展能够提升农业生产效率,同时也能刺激对农业社会化服务的需求。
Agricultural socialized services lead the development of small farmers and agricultural modernization,are the important supports to realize agricultural green,ecological,high-quality and high-benefit development,and also is the important hands to promote small farmers income increase.In this paper,the provincial panel data of Shandong Province from 2010 to 2019 were used to study the relationship between agricultural socialized services level and agricultural production efficiency.The entropy method was used to measure the agricultural socialized services and each service,the data envelopment analysis(DEA)was used to measure the agricultural production efficiency,and the grey relational analysis was used to study the correlation degree between them.The results showed that agricultural socialized services influenced the agricultural productivity.In recent 10 years,the level of agricultural socialized services in Shandong Province had improved year by year,and the agricultural financial insurance service and agricultural science and technology service increased the most rapidly.The agricultural capital service had the highest correlation with agricultural production efficiency.The moderate scale development of land could improve the agricultural production efficiency and stimulate the demand for socialized agricultural services.
