摘要
目的:调查护士实习生对临终关怀的态度并分析其相关因素。方法:2020年3月-2021年5月采用便利抽样法抽查我院护士实习生104名,均为女生,对其进行纸质问卷调查(含基本资料调查和临终关怀态度量表)。结果:共发放纸质调查问卷104份,回收104份。104名实习护士平均年龄(22.24±1.79)岁,临终关怀评分为(96.12±7.92)分,14名(13.46%)为独生女,28名(26.92%)曾接受过相关临终关怀教育课程或培训。与其相对项目相比独生子女、自己意愿选择护理专业、曾接受过临终关怀相关的教育课程知识、自身愿意照顾临终患者、过去1年内有失去直系或旁系亲人的实习护士其临终关怀态度总分更高、态度更积极。结论:加强护士实习生临终关怀的知识教育和死亡教育,可提高护士实习生对临终关怀的认识度与接受度。
Objective: To investigate the attitude of nursing interns’ attitude towards hospice care and analyze its related factors.Methods: From March 2020 to May 2021, a total of 104 nursing interns in our hospital were selected by convenience sampling method, and were subject to a survey using paper questionnaires(including basic data survey and hospice care attitude scale).Results: A total of 104 paper questionnaires were distributed and all 104 were retrieved. The average age of 104 nursing interns was(22.24 ± 1.79) years old, the hospice care score was(96.12 ± 7.92) points. Among them, 14(13.46%) cases were only daughters, 28(26.92%) cases had received relevant hospice care education courses or training. Compared with the corresponding group, the nursing interns of the only child, choosing nursing profession at their own will, having received the knowledge of education courses related to hospice care, being willing to take care of dying patients and having lost their immediate or collateral relatives in the past year had a higher total score and a more positive attitude towards hospice care. Conclusion: Strengthening the knowledge education and death education of nursing interns’ hospice care will improve the awareness and acceptance of nursing interns’ hospice care.
