摘要
目的:分析综合护理在乳腺癌术后化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年11月我院收治的乳腺癌术后化疗患者92例,随机分为对照组和研究组各46例,其中对照组给予常规乳腺癌术后化疗护理,研究组给予乳腺癌术后化疗综合护理干预。对比两组化疗依从性评分、心理状态评分、生活质量评分、不良反应及护理满意度。结果:研究组治疗依从性评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生活质量量表(QLQ-C30)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可提高乳腺癌术后患者化疗依从性,改善不良心理状态,减少化疗相关不良反应,从而提高生活质量,获得较高的认可。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in breast cancer patients during postoperative chemotherapy.Methods:Ninety-two patients with breast cancer who underwent postoperative chemotherapy in our hospital from February 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine breast cancer postoperative chemotherapy nursing and study group received comprehensive breast cancer postoperative chemotherapy nursing intervention.The chemotherapy compliance score,psychological state score,quality of life score,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction in two groups were compared.Results:In the study group,the treatment compliance score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30(QLQ-C30)score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the chemotherapy compliance,ameliorate the adverse psychological state,reduce chemotherapy related adverse reactions of breast cancer patients,and accordingly improve the life quality and obtain higher recognition.
