摘要
目的 分析综合护理干预对乳腺癌根治术患者心理状态及生活质量的影响.方法 选择2018年1月~2019年1月我院80例乳腺癌根治术患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为干预组、对照组,每组各40例,对照组采取对症护理,干预组采取综合护理,对比两组患者的SAS、SDS评分,生活质量改善情况、护理满意度.结果 干预组患者的SAS、SDS评分干预后分别较干预前明显降低,对照组患者的SAS、SDS评分干预后也分别较干预前明显降低,干预组患者干预后的SAS、SDS评分分别显著低于对照组(P<0.05).干预组患者的躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、情绪功能、认知功能、总体健康评分干预后分别较干预前明显升高,对照组患者的躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、情绪功能、认知功能、总体健康评分干预后也分别较干预前明显升高,两组患者干预后生活质量各项评分比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05).干预组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对乳腺癌根治术患者实施综合护理,有利于改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的生活质量,改善预后.
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological status and quality of life in patients undergoing radical mastectomy.Methods 80 patients with radical mastectomy were enrolled in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.The patients were divided into the intervention group and the control group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group took symptomatic nursing.The intervention group took comprehensive care.The SAS and SDS scores,quality of life improvement and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those before the intervention.The SAS and SDS scores of the control group were significantly lower than those before the intervention.The SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The physical function,role function,social function,mood function,cognitive function,and overall health score of the intervention group were significantly higher than those before the intervention.The physical function,role function,social function,mood function,cognitive function and the overall health score of the control group after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention.The differences in the quality of life between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing radical mastectomy is beneficial to improve the psychological state of patients,improve their quality of life and improve their prognosis.
