电潜泵采油井下电力线载波通信系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 为同时实现电潜泵井下供电以及数据传输的目的,采用一种基于电力线载波通信的井下仪器数据传输技术,以满足在不增添通信线路的情况下保证信号的高速传输。由于井内高温高压会对通信模块造成严重影响,因此传统的电力线通讯设备不易实现。经研究分析传输模块采用ST8500片上系统以减少外部电路,在物理层使用OFDM调制解调方式,传输层利用FEC编码技术。结果表明,系统能够实现井下4 km以内的数据传输,传输速率可达34.5 kbps,在油井及其他恶劣环境下误码率不高于10^(-4)。 In order to realize the purpose of power supply and data transmission of electric submersible pump,the data transmission technology of downhole instrument based on power line carrier communication was adopted to ensure the signal transmission at high speed without adding communication line.In the well,due to the high temperature and high pressure can seriously affect the communication module,the traditional power line communication equipment is not easy to implement.After research and analysis,ST8500 system on chip was adopted in the transmission module to reduce external circuits,OFDM modulation and demodulation mode was used in the physical layer,and FEC coding technology was used in the transmission layer.The results show that the system can transmit data up to 4 km downhole at a rate of 34.5 kbps,and the bit error rate is not higher than 10^(-4) in oil wells and other harsh operating conditions.
