摘要
目的:探讨心理资本对残疾大学生就业绩效的影响以及就业能力、积极应对在两者关系中的中介作用。方法:采用残疾大学生心理资本量表、就业能力量表、积极应对量表和就业绩效量表对451名残疾大学生进行调查。结果:(1)相关分析结果表明,残疾大学生心理资本与就业能力(r=0.648,P<0.01)、积极应对(r=0.463,P<0.01)、就业绩效(r=0.662,P<0.01)均呈显著正相关;残疾大学生就业绩效与就业能力(r=0.699,P<0.01)、积极应对(r=0.656,P<0.01)均呈显著正相关;就业能力与积极应对呈显著正相关(r=0.535,P<0.01)(2)链式中介效应分析表明,残疾大学生心理资本是通过3条路径来影响就业绩效的:心理资本直接影响残疾大学生的就业绩效、就业能力发挥部分中介作用、就业能力和积极应对发挥链式中介效应,分别占总效应的26.21%、47.69%、26.10%。结论:心理资本不仅直接影响残疾大学生的就业绩效,还通过就业能力的单独中介作用或就业能力与积极应对的链式中介作用间接影响残疾大学生就业绩效。
Objective:To explore the influence of psychological capital on the employment performance of disabled college students, as well as the intermediary role of employability and positive coping in this process.Methods:The disabled college students’ psychological capital scale, employability scale, positive coping scale, and employment performance questionnaire were used to test 451 disabled college students.Results:(1)Correlation analysis showed that the disabled college students’ psychological capital was significantly positive correlation with employability(r=0.648,P<0.01),positive coping(r=0.463,P<0.01)and employment performance(r=0.662,P<0.01);The disabled college students’ employment performance was significantly positive correlation with employability(r=0.699,P<0.01)and positive coping(r=0.656,P<0.01);There was a significantly positive correlation between employability and positive coping(r=0.535,P<0.01).(2)Chain intermediately effect analysis showed that the disabled college students’ psychological capital influenced employment performance by three pathways: Psychological capital directly influenced employment performance, employability played a partial mediating role, employability and positive coping played a chain mediating role, the effect accounted for 26.21%,47.69%,26.10% of the total effect.Conclusion:The disabled college students’ psychological capital not only directly affects employment performance, but also indirectly through the mediating effects of employability and the chain mediating effects of employability and positive coping.
