摘要
目的:研究产妇家庭关怀度以及育儿胜任感与产后抑郁的关系。方法:选择医院2018年4月-2020年4月160例产妇作为研究对象,将爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)≥10分者分为抑郁组,EPDS<10者分为无抑郁组。比较两组的一般资料、家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)、中文版育儿胜任感量表(C-PSOC)。结果:160例产妇中,62例EPDS≥10分,98例EPDS<10分。抑郁组的APGAR与C-PSOC评分显著低于无抑郁组,差异均有统计学意义(t=11.771,8.831;P<0.05)。经Pearson相关性分析,APGAR、C-PSOC与EPDS均呈负相关(r=-0.213,-0.378;P<0.05)。结论:家庭关怀度、育儿胜任感与产后抑郁有显著相关性,临床可通过提高家庭关怀度及与育儿胜任感,降低产后抑郁程度。
Objective:To study the relationship between family care, parenting competence and postpartum depression.Methods:A total of 160 puerperant from our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the study subjects, in which the individuals with Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale(EPDS)≥10 points were divided into the depression group, and those with EPDS<10 were divided into the no depression group.The general information of two groups, family care index questionnaire(APGAR),Chinese version of parenting competency scale(C-PSOC)were compared.Results:Among 160 cases of maternal, there were 62 cases with EPDS ≥10 points, 98 cases with EPDS<10 points.The APGAR and C-PSOC scores of the depression group were significantly lower than those of the non-depression group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.771,8.831;P<0.05).Pearson correlation showed, APGAR,C-PSOC and EPDS were negatively correlated(r=-0.213,-0.378;P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between family care, parenting competence and postpartum depression.Clinically, the degree of postpartum depression can be reduced by improving family care and parental competence.
