摘要
为了研究钢纤维和混杂纤维对混凝土力学性能的影响,分别对不同体积掺量的钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)和钢-聚丙烯-聚乙烯醇混杂纤维混凝土(HFRC)进行立方体抗压强度试验和劈裂抗拉强度试验,并设置一组普通混凝土(NC)作为对照。试验结果表明:在混凝土中掺入适量钢纤维或混杂纤维,均能有效提高混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度。其中混杂纤维对混凝土抗压强度的增强作用更明显,最大抗压强度值较素混凝土提高了14.3%;而钢纤维对混凝土劈裂抗拉强度的增强作用更明显,最大劈裂抗拉强度值较素混凝土提高了55.5%。
In order to study the influence of steel fiber and hybrid fiber on the mechanical properties of concrete,a cube compressive strength test was carried out on steel fiber concrete(SFRC)and steel-polypropylene-polyvinyl alcohol hybrid fiber concrete(HFRC)with different volume content.And split tensile strength test,and set a group of ordinary concrete(NC)as a control.The test results show that adding a proper amount of steel fiber or hybrid fiber to concrete can effectively improve the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete.Among them,the hybrid fiber has a more obvious enhancement effect on the concrete compressive strength,while the steel fiber has a more obvious enhancement effect on the split tensile strength of concrete.
