摘要
分析了现有铸造生产管理系统、铸造工艺系统的特点,采用PHP语言、MySQL数据库、PhpStorm等开发工具开发该智能铸造生产管理系统,并以某灰口铸铁杠杆的铸造工艺为例,介绍了无限分类树在工艺表达中的应用,同时介绍了无限分类树的增加、修改、删除的操作以及生成工艺列表和工艺卡的功能。该系统包括仓储管理、工艺管理、质量管理、生产流程管理、人员管理、系统维护等功能,可以实现铸造生产过程的可视化和快速统计,有效提高铸造生产过程的效率与质量监控。
The characteristics of the existing casting production management system and casting process system were analyzed.The intelligent casting production management system was developed by using PHP language,MySQL database,phpstorm and other development tools.Taking the casting process of a gray cast iron lever as an example,the application of infinite classification tree in process expression was introduced,and the addition,modification and delete and generate process list and process card were also introduced.The system includes warehouse management,process management,quality management,production process management,personnel management,system maintenance and other functions.It can realize the visualization and rapid statistics of the casting production process,and effectively improve the efficiency and quality monitoring of the casting production process.
