木丹颗粒联合缬沙坦治疗气虚血瘀型早期糖尿病肾病临床观察 被引量:6

Clinical Effect of Mudan Granule(木丹颗粒) on Early Diabetic Nephropathy with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

摘要 目的探究木丹颗粒对气虚血瘀型早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及安全性评价。方法选择将医院2020年2月—2021年2月收治的80例气虚血瘀型早期糖尿病肾病患者分成观察组与对照组各40例,两组均已接受常规基础治疗,对照组采用缬沙坦治疗,观察组采用木丹颗粒联合缬沙坦治疗。观察两组临床证候、肾功能相关指标、血管活性因子水平的影响及不良反应的差异。结果观察组临床证候总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组肾功能相关指标、血管活性因子均明显改善,且两组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论木丹颗粒能够通过改善肾脏血流动力达到防治糖尿病肾病的作用,显著改善患者临床症状,取得较好治疗效果,且安全可靠,值得推广。 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of Mudan Granule(木丹颗粒) on Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods From February 2020 in February 2021,80 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of early diabetic nephropathy in the hospital were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each.Two groups were treated with routine treatment.Besides,the observation group used Mudan Granule combined with valsartan therapy.The control group was treated with valsartan.Differences in clinical syndromes,related indexes of renal function,levels of vasoactive factors and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of clinical syndrome improvement in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group(P <0.05).The renal function related indexes of the observation group and the control group were significantly improved.The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mudan Granule can improve the renal hemodynamics and prevent diabetic nephropathy.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and achieve better therapeutic effect.It is safe and reliable,and is worthy of clinical application.
