摘要
目的系统评价木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法检索维普、万方、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed及Web of science公开发表的木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的随机对照研究,使用RevMan5.3进行Meta分析。结果共纳入15篇文献,共计1460例研究对象。Meta分析显示,木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺可显著提高总有效率,改善正中神经运动神经传导速度、正中神经感觉神经传导速度和腓总神经运动神经传导速度、腓总神经感觉神经传导速度。结论木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺能有效治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,在提高神经传导速度方面明显优于甲钴胺单药治疗,且两者联用未见严重不良反应。
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Mudan granules combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Searched the randomized controlled study of Mudan granules combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy published by Weipu,Wanfang,CNKI,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed and Web of Science.Meta analysis was performed using RevMan5.3.Results A total of 15 articles were included,with a total of 1460 subjects.Meta analysis shows that Mudan particles combined with mecobalamin can significantly increase the total effective rate,improved the median nerve motor nerve conduction velocity,median nerve sensory nerve conduction velocity,common peroneal nerve motor nerve conduction velocity,and common peroneal nerve sensory nerve conduction velocity.Conclusion Mudan granules combined with mecobalamin can effectively treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and it is significantly better than mecobalamin monotherapy in improving nerve conduction velocity,and there is no serious adverse reaction in the combination of the two.
