基于新型装配式耗能构件的预埋耗能装置关键施工技术研究及应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对新型装配式耗能隔墙构件的预埋耗能装置与主体结构框架梁钢筋的碰撞问题,提出了基于BIM三维可视化的高精度预埋技术,对框架梁钢筋进行碰撞深化设计,保证了预埋耗能装置的顺利预埋;针对主体结构框架梁的竖向挠度对预埋耗能装置安装的影响,提出了预埋耗能装置的安装应力释放技术,有效释放了预埋耗能装置的初始安装应力;针对预埋耗能装置与梁侧边铝模产生的缝隙,提出了钢铝结合模板自适应封堵技术,有效封堵缝隙的同时加快了施工进度,并将以上关键施工技术应用到某高层建筑的新型装配式耗能隔墙构件的施工安装中,应用情况良好,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 Aiming at solving the problem of collision between the embedded energy dissipation device of the new type assembly energy dissipation partition member and the steel bars of the main structure frame beam,a high-precision embedded technology based on BIM 3D visualization was proposed.The in-depth collision design of the steel bars of the frame beam ensured a smooth installation of the embedded energy dissipation device.Focusing on the influence of vertical deflection of frame beam of main structure on installation of embedded energy dissipating device,the installation stress release technology of embedded energy dissipating device was proposed,and it was shown that the initial installation stress of embedded energy dissipating device can be effectively released.For embedded energy dissipation device with beam side aluminum die gap,steel template adaptive sealing technology was applied and it was shown that the gap can be effectively suppressed and construction progress is accelerated at the same time.The above key construction technologies were applied to the construction of new type assembly energy dissipation wall components in a high-rise building and the fairly well results were obtained.It therefore provides a source of reference for similar construction.
