摘要
目的探讨裸花紫珠颗粒联合奥曲肽治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的临床效果。方法78例肝硬化上消化道出血患者随机分为两组各39例,对照组在常规治疗基础上采用奥曲肽治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用裸花紫珠颗粒治疗,比较两组的临床疗效以及治疗前后的凝血指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗5 d后,两组的APTT、PT均显著短于治疗前,FIB水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组的APTT、PT均显著短于对照组,FIB水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论裸花紫珠颗粒联合奥曲肽治疗肝硬化上消化道出血可取得显著效果,有效改善患者的凝血指标。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Luohua Zizhu granules combined with octreotide in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding due to cirrhosis.Methods 78 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding due to cirrhosis were randomly divided i nto two groups,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with octreotide on the basis of routine therapy,and the observation group was treated with Luohua Zizhu granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the coagulation indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment,APTT and PT in the two groups were significantly shorter than those before treatment,and FIB levels were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);APTT and PT in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and FIB level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Luohua Zizhu granules combined with octreotide in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding due to cirrhosis can achieve significant effect,and effectively improve patients'coagulation indicators.
