摘要
效果评估是对工程完成质量的检测,通过效果评估可找出工程开展过程中的不足,为后续工程运维提供科学的依据,对工程具有极其重要的意义。文章基于宁德市中心城区水系综合治理工程,提出了城区密集构筑区黑臭暗涵清淤效果评估方法。从暗涵水流的通畅性、清洁度及暗涵结构的安全性多方面入手,采用人工与机器结合检测,并结合国内先进的城市河道水质在线监测系统,长期监测暗涵清淤后的水质情况,提出科学合理的黑臭暗涵清淤效果评估方法及评分体系。
Effect evaluation is the inspection of the quality of the project. Effect evaluation can find out the deficiencies in the process of project development and provide scientific basis for subsequent project operation and maintenance. Effect evaluation is very important for engineering. Based on the comprehensive water system treatment project in the central urban area of Ningde City, this paper presents an evaluation method for the effect of removing silt of black smelly and dark culvert in the dense urban area. The patency and cleanliness of the dark culvert water and the safety of the dark culvert structure were tested by combining manual and machine, and the water quality of the dark culvert after dredging was monitored for a long time by using the domestic advanced online monitoring system of urban river water quality, thus a scientific and reasonable evaluation method and scoring system for desilting effect of black odor and concealed culvert are put forward.
