地下管道清淤技术在城市水环境治理中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 以岳阳水环境治理项目为依托,检测并计算箱涵和管道淤积量后,封堵管网,进行管道导流和管网临排,分别介绍从下游和上游检查井开始施工的方法,采用高压清洗、吸污车吸污进行管道清疏。管道中的异物通过CCTV检测法进行检测,使用铣刀机器人进行处理,解决地下管道清淤时难探测、难封堵、难修复的难题。工程实践表明,清淤效果良好,取得较好的经济和社会效益。 Based on the project of Yueyang treatment of water environment,after testing and calculating the amount of silt in box culverts and pipelines,the network of pipes is blocked,water in pipelines flows back and the network of pipes is temporarily arranged. At the same time,the construction starting respectively from the downstream and upstream in the wells of inspection. The method of cleaning with high pressure is applied. The means of dredging sewage for cleaning trucks are also employed. After testing the strange matter by using the method of CCTV detection,the milling robot is used to solve the difficult problem of detecting,blocking and repairing while removing silt in underground pipelines.Engineering practice shows that the dredging effect is good,the economic and social benefits is achieved.
