摘要
新时代高校人才培养需要更加注重对大学生社会责任感的培育。以大学生志愿服务为载体,增强当代大学生的责任担当,是培育敢担当、善作为时代新人的重要途径。当前,大学生志愿服务仍存在服务类型单一、服务意识薄弱等现实不足。应从完善志愿服务制度、以志愿服务为载体推进劳动教育开展、有针对性地开展大学生志愿服务培训、全面拓展大学生志愿服务项目等方面着手,提高大学生志愿服务水平,提升青年学生的社会责任担当。
In the new era,the college education needs to pay more attention to fostering a sense of social responsibility among the college students.Taking college students’ volunteer services as the carrier,increasing their awareness of responsibility is an important way to cultivate new citizens who are willing to take responsibility and achieve results.At present,there are still some practical deficiencies in college students’ volunteer services,such as scarce service types and weak service consciousness.We should improve the volunteer service system,promote labor education with volunteer service as the carrier,carry out targeted training,and comprehensively expand the content of the volunteer service activities,so as to improve the level of the college students’ volunteer services and enhance their sense of social responsibility.
