摘要
高校志愿服务团队是中国志愿服务群体的重要组成部分。面对活动资金短缺、人员流动性大、管理机制不健全等问题,高校志愿服务团队开展创新创业教育,有利于培养青年志愿者的创新意识与创业能力,有利于优化志愿服务项目的管理机制,有利于提升团队的自我造血能力。创新创业教育融入高校志愿服务,可以从将创新创业教育课程融入志愿服务培训课程,将创新创业训练计划融入志愿服务项目设计,将创新创业团队建设方法融入志愿服务激励机制三个方面来实现。
University volunteer service team is an important part of China's volunteer service group.Faced with the problems such as the shortage of activity funds,large staff mobility and imperfect management mech⁃anism,university volunteer service teams chose to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is beneficial to cultivate the innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial ability of young volunteers,to optimize the management mechanism of volunteer service projects,and to improve self⁃restoration ability of the team.The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into voluntary service in colleges and universities can be realized from three aspects:integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education courses into voluntary service training courses,integrating innovation and entrepreneurship training plans into volun⁃tary service project design,and integrating innovation and entrepreneurship team construction methods into voluntary service incentive mechanism.
