摘要
目的:探讨社区中老年女性居民骨密度与不同膳食模式的关系,为骨质疏松症的营养指导提供科学依据。方法:纳入乌鲁木齐市社区45岁及以上女性居民566人,采用超声骨密度仪检测及问卷调查获得骨密度及膳食摄入情况,通过因子分析法提取膳食模式,分析膳食模式与中老年女性骨密度的关系。结果:本次调查中老年女性人群骨质疏松症患病率16.8%;共获得5种膳食模式:副食品模式,油盐模式,薯类及蔬菜模式,水产类及豆类膳食模式和主食模式;其中高水平水产类及豆类膳食模式人群较低水平该模式人群的骨密度T值高(t=-1.905,P=0.043)。结论:高水产与豆类的膳食模式摄入是骨质疏松症的保护因素;建议中老年女性居民应合理膳食,多摄入水产及豆类食物,促进骨健康。
[Objective]To explore the relationship between bone mineral density and different dietary patterns of middle-aged and elderly female residents in the community,so as to provide references for nutritional guidance for osteoporosis.[Method]A total of 566 female residents aged 45 and over in the community of Urumqi were enrolled.Bone mineral density was measured by ultrasound bone densitometer and dietary intakes were obtained by questionnaire survey.Dietary patterns were extracted by factor analysis to analyze the relationship between dietary patterns and bone density levels.[Result]The prevalence of osteoporosis in this population was 16.8%.Five dietary patterns were obtained in this survey:non-staple food pattern,oil and salt pattern,potato and vegetable pattern,fish and soybean diet pattern,and staple food pattern.The high-level fish and soybean diet pattern is associated with a higher level of the bone mineral density T value(t=-1.905,P=0.043).[Conclusion]The dietary intake of high fish and soybean is a protective factor for osteoporosis.It is recommended that middleaged and elderly residents should take a reasonable diet and consume more fish and soybean products to promote bone health.
