摘要 城市地铁近距离下穿在线运行的大型PCCP输水管道时,为保证输水管道不间断地安全稳定运行,设计要求允许沉降量小,施工风险控制难度大。沈阳地铁十号线隧道穿越大伙房水库输水工程大型PCCP管道施工中采用支托结构与管棚支护防护技术,结合自动化监测系统联控应用,在防护施工和地铁隧道施工过程中输水管道产生位移及沉降变化时,联控系统及时调整设备,并通过定向注浆进行纠偏,取得了良好的效果,输水管道差异沉降值接近于零。 It is required in the design that the allowable settlement is small,and it is difficult to control the construction risk in order to ensure the uninterrupted safe and stable operation of thewater pipeline whenonline operating large PCCP water pipelines are penetrated in the urban subway at short distance.The bracket structure and pipe shed support protection technology are adopted in large PCCP pipe construction when Shenyang subway line 10 tunnel crosses the water conveyance project of Dahuofang Reservoir.Joint-control application of automated monitoring system is combined.When the water pipeline produces displacement and settlement changes during protection construction and subway tunnel construction,the equipment can be adjusted timely by the joint control system.The deviation is corrected through directional groutingwith excellent effect.The differential settlement value of the water pipeline is close to zero.
