摘要
水压试验是确保输水管道安全、正常运行必须履行的项目,长距离、大口径输水管道水压试验管道分段多、水压试验压力产生的荷载大,因此水压试验总体费用较高,并且水压试验一般在管道施工阶段进行,试验完成后的大部分水压试验设施都要拆除,再次进行水压试验就会造成相关设施的重复建设和投资。对长距离、大口径输水管道采用全管段整体充水、分段静态升压的水压试验方式进行了研究,分析了管道分段和试验压力、分段处封堵设施、管道充水方式、水压试验主要步骤。该水压试验方式可有效降低管道水压试验费用,并可在运行中多次进行试验,便于工程的运行管理。该水压试验方式已在山东省胶东地区引黄调水工程黄水河泵站任家沟隧洞输水管道中得到了成功应用。
Hydraulic pressure test can guarantee thesecurity and normal operation of the water delivery pipeline that must be performed in theproject. Hydraulic pressure test of long distance and heavy calibre pipeline have more segmentation and high pressure,so the overall expensesof hydraulic pressure test is higher and hydraulic pressure test is generally carried out in the stage of pipeline construction. After completion ofthe test,most of the pressure test facilities must be removed. If it is reused,the related facilities for hydraulic pressure test will cause repeat-ed construction and investment. It adopted full section water filling and piecewise static pressure of hydrostatic test method,analyzed the longdistance and large diameter pipeline pressure test and meanwhile respectively made an analysis of the pipeline section and test pressure,thesealing facilities,the full pipe overall water filling and hydraulic pressure test. The result of this testing method could effectively reduce theexpenses of the pipeline water pressure test and it could be repeatedly used,moreover,it would be convenient for the operation of the projectmanagement. This testing method had been successfully used in the practice of the Yellow River Water Diversion Project of Renjiagou tunnelwater pipeline of Huangshuihe Pumping Station in Jiaodong area of Shandong Province.
