摘要
长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是真核细胞中一种转录本超过200个核苷酸的RNA分子,几乎不具备编码蛋白质的能力,但可以调节其他基因的表达从而参与多种肿瘤的发生和发展。lncRNA小核仁核糖核酸宿主基因11(SNHG11)是一种近年来备受关注的lncRNA。随着研究的深入,已经报道并证实了lncRNASNHG11在多种恶性肿瘤中异常表达,包括消化系统肿瘤、呼吸系统肿瘤、神经系统肿瘤、泌尿系统肿瘤、生殖系统肿瘤,并在这些肿瘤中起着至关重要的作用。本文结合国内外最新报道,就lncRNASNHG11在肿瘤中的影响及其潜在机制进行简要综述。
Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is an RNA molecule with more than 200 nucleotides of transcription in eukaryotic cells.It hardly has the ability to encode proteins,but it can regulate the expression of other genes and thus participate in the occurrence and development of a variety of tumors.LncRNA small nucleolar RNA host gene 11(SNHG11)is a kind of lncRNA that has attracted much attention in recent years.With the further research,it has been reported and confirmed that lncRNA SNHG11 is abnormally expressed in a variety of malignant tumors,including tumors of digestive system,respiratory system,nervous system,urinary system and reproductive system,and plays a crucial role in these tumors.In this paper,the effect of lncRNA SNHG11 on tumor and its potential mechanism were briefly reviewed based on the latest reports at home and abroad.
