摘要 胰岛素样生长因子-1受体(IGF-1R)是胰岛素样生长因子家族蛋白系统主要成员之一,在人类大部分肿瘤组织中存在过度表达。其在肿瘤形成机制上具有促进肿瘤细胞生长增殖,抑制凋亡的作用,与恶性肿瘤的发生转移有密切关联。本文就IGF-1R在肿瘤中的表达、发生、发展及以IGF-1R作为靶点诊断治疗恶性肿瘤的进展作一综述。 Insulin- like growth factor 1 receptor( IGF- 1 R)is one of the main members of the insulin- like growth factor system family proteins, exists overexpression in most of the tumor tissue, and its formation mechanism in tumor can accelerate the growth of tumor cell proliferation, inhibit apoptosis, occurrence, and metastasis of malignancy. The expression of IGF - 1 R in tumor involved in tumorigenesis, development and IGF - 1 R as targets to diagnosis or treat- ment of maligancy were reviewed.
