ADMIRE低管电压CT扫描对上腹部平扫患者辐射剂量及图像质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察高级模型迭代重建算法(ADMIRE)低管电压CT扫描对上腹部平扫患者辐射剂量及图像质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析2019年7月至2020年7月该院收治的70例行上腹部CT扫描患者的临床资料,依据管电压不同分为观察组36例和对照组34例。对照组采用ADMIRE常规管电压CT扫描,观察组采用ADMIRE低管电压CT扫描,比较两组肝脏、竖脊肌CT值,辐射剂量相关指标[剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效辐射剂量(ED)、容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)]水平,主观图像质量、客观图像质量[背景噪声标准差(SD)、信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)]。结果:两组肝脏、竖脊肌CT值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组CTDIvol、DLP、ED均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组主观图像质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组背景噪声SD低于对照组,肝脏SNR、肝脏CNR高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ADMIRE低管电压CT扫描在上腹部平扫患者中的应用效果较好,可减少辐射剂量,提高客观图像质量,优于ADMIRE常规管电压CT扫描。 Objective:To observe effects of advanced model iterative reconstruction(ADMIRE)algorithm low tube voltage CT scan on radiation dose and image quality of upper abdominal plain scan.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients with upper abdominal CT scans admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different tube voltages,they were divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(34 cases).The control group was given ADMIRE conventional voltage CT scan,while the observation group used the ADMIRE low tube voltage CT scan.The liver and erector spinae muscle CT values,the radiation dose-related indicator levels[dose-length product(DLP),effective radiation dose(ED),volume CT dose index(CTDIvol)],the subjective image quality and the objective image quality[background noise standard deviation(SD),signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)]were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the CT values of the liver and erector spinae muscle between the two groups(P>0.05).The CTDIvol,DLP and ED levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the subjective image quality between the two groups(P>0.05).The background noise SD of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the liver SNR and liver CNR were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:ADMIRE low tube voltage CT scan has better application effects in the patients with upper abdominal plain scans,which can reduce the radiation dose and improve the objective image quality.Therefore,it is superior to ADMIRE conventional voltage CT scan.
