布拉氏酵母菌联合维生素D治疗佝偻病患儿的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨布拉氏酵母菌联合维生素D治疗佝偻病患儿的效果。方法:选取60例佝偻病患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组口服维生素D治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前、治疗3个月后骨代谢指标水平、生长发育指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组骨代谢指标水平均较治疗前改善,且观察组骨碱性磷酸酶、尿脱氧吡啶啉水平明显低于对照组,血清25羟维生素D3水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿身高及血磷、血钙水平均高于治疗前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布拉氏酵母菌联合维生素D治疗佝偻病患儿效果显著,可调节骨代谢指标水平,促进患儿生长发育,效果优于单用维生素D。 Objective:To explore effects of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with vitamin D in treatment of children with rickets.Methods:60 children with rickets were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral vitamin D,and the observation group was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the bone metabolism index levels,the growth and development index levels,and the adverse reactions before and 3 months after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than the control group of 73.33%(22/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the bone metabolism index levels in both groups were improved compared with those before the treatment;the levels of bone alkaline phosphatase and urinary deoxypyridinoline in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the height,blood phosphorus and blood calcium levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment;and those of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions:Saccharomyces boulardii combined with vitamin D has a significant effect in the treatment of the children with rickets,which can regulate the levels of bone metabolism and promote the growth and development of these children.Moreover,it is superior to single vitamin D.
