摘要
劳动教育是新时代高校培养全面发展型人才的重要环节,而“双创”活动则是“大众创业、万众创新”背景下高校培养复合型、创新型人才的重要依托。二者都强调创新的本质及实践的内核,在理论逻辑、历史逻辑、实践逻辑上高度统一,同时又在价值取向和价值定位上趋于一致。因此,文章从明确教育目标、完善课程体系、丰富实践形式、优化师资队伍等维度着手,充分实现高校劳动教育与“双创”活动的互促共进。
Labor education is an important link for colleges and universities to cultivate all-round development talents in the new era,and the“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”activity is an important support for colleges and universities to cultivate compound and innovative talents,both emphasizing the essence of innovation and the core of practice.They are highly unified in theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic.At the same time,they tend to be consistent in value orientation and value orientation.Therefore,this paper starts with clarifying the educational objectives,improving the curriculum system,enriching the practice forms and optimizing the teaching staff to fully realize the mutual promotion and progress of college labor education and“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”activities.
