采煤机故障监测与识别系统设计研究

摘要 对采煤机的结构和常见故障进行了分析,按故障类型的不同,将采煤机故障划分为机械故障、电气故障和液压故障。依据采煤机评估指标体系选取原则及灰色关联分析理论构建了采煤机故障评估指标体系,并基于评估指标体系设计了采煤机故障监测与识别系统框架。该系统共包含3个层次,分别为硬件层、传输层和应用层。 This paper analyzed the structure and common faults of the shearer.According to different types of faults,shearer faults were divided into mechanical faults,electrical faults and hydraulic faults.According to the selection principle of shearer evaluation index system and grey correlation analysis theory,this paper constructed the shearer fault evaluation index system,and designed the framework of shearer fault monitoring and identification system based on the evaluation index system.The system includes three levels,namely hardware layer,transmission layer and application layer.
