高职“大思政”格局下传统文化渗透教育研究 被引量:2

摘要 在“三全育人”理念提出之后,高职院校开始着力构建“大思政”格局,即将思想政治教育落实到人才培养的方方面面,形成显性教育与隐性教育相结合、静态理论教育与动态实践教育相结合的模式,实现思想政治教育从量的积累到质的飞跃之转变。首先概述高职“大思政”格局及传统文化教育的内涵,其次分析高职“大思政”格局下传统文化渗透教育的必要性及内容,最后提出具体的教育策略,为推进高职“大思政”教育发展提供一定的参考。 After the concept of“three-whole education”was put forward,higher vocational colleges began to focus on the construction of“great ideological and political education”,that is,to implement ideological and political education in all aspects of talent training,to form a model combining explicit education with implicit education,static theoretical education with dynamic practical education,and to realize the transformation of ideological and political education from quantitative accumulation to qualitative leap.This paper first summarizes the connotation of the“great ideological and political education”and the connotation of traditional culture education in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the necessity and content of traditional culture infiltration education under the situation of“great ideological and political education”in higher vocational colleges,and finally puts forward specific education strategies,so as to provide some reference for promoting the development of“great ideological and political education”in higher vocational colleges.
