摘要
目的探究替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗中晚期老年胃癌的疗效及对组织中FOXP1和Ki67表达的影响。方法选取76例中晚期老年胃癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=38)。观察组患者用替吉奥与奥沙利铂治疗,对照组患者用卡培他滨与奥沙利铂治疗,比较2组临床疗效、不良反应、肿瘤标志物水平及组织中FOXP1和Ki67水平。结果观察组治疗缓解率及总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗中,观察组患者发生呕吐腹泻的概率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其余差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前2组各指标水平比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,对照组与观察组的血清MMP-9、MMP-2、CA125与CEA较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),对照组指标显著高于观察组(P<0.05);治疗前患者的组织中FOXP1和Ki67表达水平差异不明显(P均>0.05),治疗后,观察组与对照组组织中FOXP1低表达率明显降低(P<0.05),对照组FOXP1低表达率高于观察组(P<0.05),对照组组织中Ki67高表达率明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论替吉奥联合奥沙利铂对老年中晚期胃癌患者有一定的疗效,可降低FOXP1和Ki67表达水平。
Objective To explore the efficacy of Tiggio combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer in the elderly and its effect on the expression of FOXP1 and Ki67 in tissues.Methods 76 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=38) and the observation group(n=38).Patients in the observation group were treated with ticgio and oxaliplatin, and patients in the control group were treated with capecitabine and oxaliplatin.The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, tumor marker levels and the levels of FOXP1 and Ki67 in the tissues were compared between the 2 groups.Results After treatment, the remission rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);during treatment, the probability of vomiting and diarrhea in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the other differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no difference in the levels of each index between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, serum MMP-9,MMP-2,CA125 and CEA in the control group and the observation group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The index of the group was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05);the expression levels of FOXP1 and Ki67 in the tissues of the patients before treatment were not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment, the low expression rate of FOXP1 in the tissues of the observation group and the control group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the low expression rate of FOXP1 in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05),and the high expression rate of Ki67 in the tissues of the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiggio combined with oxaliplatin has a certain effect on elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer, and can reduce the e
