摘要
上皮内肿瘤(intraepithelial neoplasia,IN)为病理学概念,指细胞形态和组织结构上与其发源的正常组织存在不同程度的差异,被视为胃癌前病变。对于胃上皮内瘤变的研究,因胃癌发病率的居高不下,而逐渐受到人们的重视。
Intraepithelial neoplasia （ IN ）, a pathology concept, refers to the tissue which has varying degrees of differences in cell morphology and organizational structure from its normal origin. Nowadays, IN has been widely accepted as precancerous lesion of cancer. Gastric intraepithelial neoplasia gets more attention due to high morbidity of stomach neoplasms.
