摘要
针对带式输送机转运站料斗在运输铁矿石时易出现堵料的问题,利用颗粒力学仿真软件EDEM对转运站料斗内的物料流向进行仿真分析;根据仿真结果和实际生产过程中的积料位置分析堵料原因,结合现场实际情况对原有料斗结构重新进行设计。改造后料斗能够解决物料运输过程中的堵料问题。
Aiming at the problem that the hopper of the transfer station of belt conveyor is easy to be plugged when transporting iron ore,the particle mechanics simulation software EDEM is used to simulate and analyze the material flow in the hopper of the transfer station.According to the simulation results and the material accumulation position in the actual production process,the cause of material plugging is analyzed.Combined with the actual situation of the site,the original hopper structure is redesigned.The modified hopper can solve the problem of material plugging in the process of material transportation.
