摘要
设计用于港口卸料码头上三种可向双带式输送机卸料的移动料斗,分别为具有双料斗的移动料斗、具有分料系统的移动料斗和可双向移动的移动料斗,以提高门座起重机设备的卸船效率,改善码头的作业环境,降低人力物力成本。具有双料斗的移动料斗采用双斗体结构,每个斗体的出料口对准一台带式输送机;具有分料系统的移动料斗,通过切换三通分料器的翻板方向,将给料器提供的物料分别供给每台带式输送机;可双向移动的移动料斗,通过卷扬机驱动料斗在门架上移动,将料斗出料口分别对准每台带式输送机实现供料。
Three kinds of moving hoppers which can unload to twin-belt conveyors are designed for port unloading wharf,namely,moving hoppers with double hoppers,moving hoppers with material distribution system and moving hoppers which can move in both directions,so as to improve the unloading efficiency of portal crane equipment,improve the wharf working environment and reduce manpower and material costs.The moving hopper with double hoppers adopts double hopper structure,and the discharge port of each hopper is aligned with a belt conveyor;the moving hopper with material distribution system supplies the materials provided by the feeder to each belt conveyor by switching the turning direction of the three-way distributor;the movable hopper which can move in both directions is driven by the winch to move on the gantry,and the discharge port of the hopper is respectively aligned with each belt conveyor,so as to realize feeding.
