摘要
目的探讨护理质量敏感指标在精神科护理质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年10月至2019年11月赣州市人民医院收治的108例精神病患者作为研究对象,按照护理方法分为研究组和参照组,每组各54例。两组均采用抗精神病药物进行治疗,参照组采用常规护理方法,研究组采用常规护理以及护理质量敏感指标监测,观察两组患者护理满意率、护理不良反应发生率、护理质量评分情况。结果研究组护理质量(药品使用、风险处理、患者的准确识别、基础操作、分级护理落实)评分优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理不良事件总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用护理质量敏感指标效果明显,护理质量及护理满意率高,护理安全性高,适合临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of using sensitive indicators of nursing quality in psychiatric department for continuous improvement of nursing quality.Methods A total of 108 psychiatric patients who were treated in Ganzhou people′s Hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into reference group and study group,with 54 cases in each group.The reference group adopted the routine nursing method,the study group used the routine nursing and the monitoring of the sensitive index of nursing quality,the treatment methods of the two groups were the same.The satisfaction rate,adverse reactions and nursing quality score of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of nursing quality(drug use,risk management,accurate identification of patients,basic operation,grading nursing implementation)in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of nursing adverse events of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of using sensitive indicators of nursing quality is obvious,the nursing quality and satisfaction rate are high,and the nursing safety is high,which is suitable for clinical application.
