摘要
自2020年7月以来广西壮族自治区科技成果转化数量和质量实现"双提升",转化方式更趋完整,转化机制进一步优化。但也存在科技成果转化比率不高、专业人才队伍缺乏、成果评价社会化市场化程度不高等问题。针对以上问题,提出了统筹推动科技成果转化奖励政策落地落实、突出解决制约科技成果转化奖励措施落实的政策壁垒、加强科技成果转移转化体系建设等对策建议。
Since July 2020,the quantity and quality of scientific and technological achievements transformation in Guangxi have been "double improved",the transformation mode has become more complete,and the achievement transformation mechanism has been optimized.At the same time,there are also some problems,such as the low rate of achievement transformation,the lack of professional talents,and the low degree of socialization and marketization of achievement evaluation.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as promoting the implementation of incentive policies for achievement transformation,highlighting the policy barriers restricting the implementation of incentive measures for achievement transformation,and strengthening the construction of transfer and transformation system of scientific and technological achievements.
