摘要
科技成果转化难是我国科技界急需解决的长期难题,全国各省份的科技成果转化条件不一,其转化状况也不一,因此解决转化难的策略不可能统一。由于经济水平、人才水平、思路观念不同,欠发达省份科技成果转化的策略也应有针对性和特色,加快科技成果转化必须突出区域特色。以广西为例,在阐述广西科技成果转化存在问题的基础上,分析其转化难的原因,提出了解决广西科技成果转化难的策略,为推动产业高质量发展提供参考。
Difficulty in the transformation of science and technology achievements is a long-term problem that needs to be solved urgently in China’s scientific and technological circles.The transformation conditions of science and technology achievements in various provinces across the country are different,and their transformation situations are also different.There is no doubt that the strategies to solve the transformation difficulties can not be unified.Due to the different economic levels,talent levels,ideas and concepts,the strategies for transformation of science and technology achievements in less developed provinces should also be targeted and characteristic.Promoting the transformation of science and technology achievements needs to highlight regional characteristics.Taking Guangxi as an example,on the basis of elaborating on the problems existing in the transformation of science and technology achievements,this paper analyzes the reasons for the difficulties in the transformation,and puts forward some strategies to solve the difficulties in the transformation of science and technology achievements,so as to provide beneficial references for promoting the high-quality development of industries.
