摘要 电力设备的正常运行是电力供应的基础保障。随着电力设备规模日益增大,电力设备管理需要采用更加数字化、智能化的方法解决电力设备全寿命周期管理过程中任务量大、工作效率低等问题。分析了当前电力供需格局和设备管理模式,提出了基于知识库的电力设备全寿命周期管理框架,从电力设备全寿命周期信息获取、基于知识图谱的设备信息关联与匹配,以及基于知识库的电力设备管理决策等三方面提出了电力设备全寿命周期管理的实施方案,以进一步提高电力公司设备管理信息化和规范化水平。 The normal operation of power equipment is the basic guarantee of power supply. With the increasing scale of power equipment, power equipment management needs to adopt more digital and intelligent methods to solve the problems of large tasks and low work efficiency in the whole life cycle management process of power equipment. The current power supply and demand pattern and equipment management mode was analyzed, and the power equipment life cycle management framework based on knowledge database was put forward. In order to further improve the informatization and standardization level of equipment management in power companies, puts forward the implementation scheme of power equipment life-cycle management from three aspects including power equipment life-cycle information acquisition, equipment information association and matching based on knowledge graph, and power equipment management decision based on knowledge database.
