高铁车站超宽简支箱梁现浇支架设计及应用

摘要 本文主要介绍了在新建张呼铁路怀安站特大桥施工中,由于怀安高架站道岔布置较复杂,导致本桥站场区间内桥跨布置方式较复杂,车站内道岔连续梁受到发线曲线半径的影响,使得桥梁与车站之间的简支梁梁体宽度变化较大,从而使得梁体支架布置较为困难。针对此情况,项目部采用钢管贝雷梁支架进行梁体施工,该方法不但解决了不同宽度梁体支架的搭设难题,而且提高了机械利用率,增加可施工的安全性,加快了施工进度,而且减少了梁体支架地基处理的措施费用,该方法也为类似施工提供了相关经验。 This paper mainly introduces that in the construction of the Huai'an Station Extra Large Bridge on the Zhanghu Railway,due to the complicated layout of the turnouts at the Huaian elevated station,the layout of the bridge spans in the station area of the bridge is complicated,and the continuous beams of the turnouts in the station are subject to The influence of the radius of the line curve makes the width of the simply supported beam between the bridge and the station change greatly,which makes the arrangement of the beam support more difficult.In view of this situation,the project department uses steel tube Bailey beam support for beam construction.This method not only solves the problem of erecting beam supports with different widths,but also improves the utilization rate of machinery,increases the safety of construction,and speeds up the construction progress.Moreover,the cost of measures for foundation treatment of beam supports is reduced,and this method also provides relevant experience for similar construction.
