摘要 为探讨4×30m道岔连续梁预应力施工技术的应用要点,以轨道交通Z4线一期工程土建施工第2合同段4×30m道岔连续梁为研究背景,对预应力施工技术的优势,及预应力施工技术在4×30m道岔连续梁工程中的应用进行详细分析。轨道交通4×30m道岔连续梁工程项目施工难度较大,影响质量的因素多,采用预应力施工技术可有效降低施工难度,更好的控制混凝土裂缝,提升道岔连续梁施工质量,值得在类似工程中推广应用。 In order to discuss the key points of application of prestressed construction technology of 4×30 m continuous beam, taking the second contract section of 4× 30 m continuous beam of civil construction of Z4 line as the research background, the advantages of prestressed construction technology and the application of prestressed construction technology in 4×30 m continuous beam project are analyzed in detail. Rail transit 4× 30 m turnout continuous beam engineering project construction is difficult, affecting the quality of many factors, the use of prestressed construction technology can effectively reduce the difficulty of construction, better control of concrete cracks, improve the turnout continuous beam construction quality, worthy of promotion and application in similar projects.
